The best referrals come from genuine relationships. When you speak to a fellow business owner about Save Nebraska Local, focus on how our visibility programs, custom websites, and growth CRM can solve their real day-to-day challenges. Never use aggressive pressure or deceptive claims.
Approved Promotion Methods
How Affiliates MAY PromoteAffiliates may appropriately introduce Save Nebraska Local through the following lawful channels:
- Personal referrals to local business owners you know
- Local chambers of commerce & business networking meetings
- Personal or business social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Your business website, agency site, or professional blog
- Educational case studies & genuine client reviews
- Appropriate opt-in email marketing to your established business list
- Direct 1-on-1 conversations and consultations
- Community events, vendor booths, and local meetups
- Other lawful, honest promotional methods
Strictly Prohibited Practices
Affiliates May NOT Do Any of the Following:Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
- Spam or unlawful unsolicited bulk emails / cold DM spam
- Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about results
- Guarantee rankings or specific revenue outcomes not guaranteed by us
- Misrepresent pricing or promise unauthorized fee waivers
- Pretend to be Save Nebraska Local LLC or claim to be an employee / owner
- Generate fake referrals or mock meetings to collect bonuses
- Manipulate referral attribution or affiliate cookies
- Use deceptive, cookie-stuffing, or predatory advertising
- Bid on Save Nebraska Local branded paid-search keywords (e.g., Google Ads on our name) without prior written approval
- Misuse Save Nebraska Local logos, trademarks, or copyrighted assets
Marketing Review & Correction Authority
Save Nebraska Local LLC monitors promotional practices. If an affiliate publishes inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate marketing material regarding our plans, pricing, or programs, Save Nebraska Local may require the affiliate to immediately modify or remove the content.
Repeated or willful violations of these guidelines will lead to permanent revocation of affiliate status and cancellation of all prospective payouts pursuant to the Affiliate Program Agreement.
